WERPAK service terms

The application enforces governed commercial versions, moderation, acceptable-use controls, paid-access rules, refund policies and platform-specific billing routes. Final legal terms, company identity, governing law, consumer cancellation wording and country-specific schedules require owner and legal publication approval before a public production launch.

Implemented service rules

Users may not impersonate others, abuse referrals or rewards, evade paid access, manipulate engagement, replay tickets, upload unlawful content or interfere with the service. WERPAK may restrict content or accounts through an evidenced moderation process. Paid actions always use the authoritative Checkout, Payment Hub, Ledger and Entitlement services.

Affiliate, Sales Team, commission and monetization eligibility depend on genuine qualifying activity, published programme rules and fraud controls. They are not guaranteed income.
